All orders are processed within 24-72 hours with notifications sent to the contact information provided in your details. Once processed and shipped within 5-10 days, you'll receive an email provided with your information confirming the delivery, complete with a tracking number.

  • Please enter your correct unit or house number with postal code/zip code and contact number with area code when filling in your shipping information, otherwise incomplete number information or invalid address may cause lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
  • Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses. Kindly make sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one. If such an occurrence happens, we will notify you via the email or mobile number provided during the order process.
  • Please expect a delay in deliveries due to the parcel volume spike during peak seasons, customs-related issues, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays and inaccurate shipping information. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we will provide you with updates regarding your parcel's status. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported. Please fill in an alternative address when you place an order.

Failed Delivery Situation

  • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. 
  • For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery.
