Exchange Requests
Exchange requests are accepted within a period of 14 days.

We completely understand if you change your mind. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item to us within a 7-day window (Monday to Sunday).

RETURN PROCESS

How can I return my orders?

  1. Email us at hello@shopvavi.com with the subject line: "Return Request: #XXXXXX (Your Order Number)".
  2. Please note that only ONE return request per order is allowed.
  3. Let us know the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return.
  4. We will get back to you with return instructions once we receive your details.

FEES AND ELIGIBILITY

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, sent back in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Items on sale, bikinis, bodysuits, and accessories are excluded from returns.
  • Our policy permits one return per order.
  • Orders paid with store credits from previous returns are not eligible for another return.
  • Please use our size charts and reach out for sizing assistance if needed.

Note: Refund processing may take longer when under review. Processing time can take up to 75 days. Contact us for any concerns, and we’ll strive to respond promptly—typically within one business day.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping the item back to us and any re-shipping fees.

REFUNDS

For Bank Payments:

  • Full store credits equivalent to the value of the returned items, excluding shipping fees.

For Gift Card Payments:

  • Refunds will be issued as full store credits to your gift card account, equivalent to the value of the returned items, excluding shipping fees.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your store credit has been issued.
