Exchange requests are accepted within a 14-day period.

It's totally understandable if you change your mind, so make sure to let us know within 7 days upon receiving your order, and a 7-day window (Mondays - Sundays) to return the item back to us.

FEES AND ELIGIBILITY

Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 14-days from the date you’ve received your item/s.

 

  • Items must be unworn, not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached.
  • All sale items, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories are not eligible for return.
  • Our policy permits a single return or one-time basis for each order.
  • If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return.
  • Please note that the refund process might take a little longer once under review, the processing time of which could take up to 75 days. Kindly contact us with any questions or requests, as we aim to accommodate them promptly. We typically respond within one business day.
  • Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs. (Any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and any subsequent shipping costs for sending the item back to you will be your responsibility). For assistance with sizes, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How to return my orders?

  • Email us at hello@shopvavi.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)".
  • Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.
  • Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  • We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.

 

REFUND PAYMENT

Where is my refund?

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

For Gift Card payments:
  • The refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s) exclusive of shipping costs.
For Bank Payments:
  • Full store credits equal to the returned item(s) exclusive of shipping costs.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer.
